Recipes to Run For No.9
-Place a pan on a medium heat with the rapeseed oil.
-Dice the onion and add to the pan once the oil is hot.
-Sweat the onions for around 5mins.
-Add the paprika and chilli flakes and toast for around 1min. Then add the chopped tomatoes and leave to simmer for 5-10mins.
-Strain and rinse the chickpeas, then add to the pan. Cook for another 5-10mins and then serve.
-Top with fresh basil and Parmesan (extra if your us!)
