Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
2 drops Vanilla Essence
1tbsp Protein Powder (I used Chocolate Cookie PHD)
¼ tsp Baking Powder
3tbsp Milk (I used Rude Health almond drink)
2tsp Cacao Powder
1tbsp Flour (I used Rude Health sprouted whole wheat flour)
½ Pot Oppo Vanilla Ice Cream (optional)
In a microwaveable mug whisk up an egg, then slowly add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.
Microwave for 30-45seconds. Turn out on to a small plate and serve with ice cream or yoghurt.
MACROS (Whole mug cake without ice cream):
Calories = 193kcal
Protein = 22g
Fat = 6.6g (Saturated fat = 2g)
Carbohydrates = 11.7g (Sugars = 0.5g)
I haven’t included the Oppo ice cream in the macros to avoid you having to recalculate if you can not buy Oppo near you.
