INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4)
4tbsp Desiccated Coconut
3tsp Coconut Sugar
1 Medium Egg
2tsp Coconut Oil
3tbsp Rude Health Sprouted Spelt Flour
1tbsp Raisin and Cranberry Mix
Pre heat oven to 180˚c.
In a bowl combine all ingredients.
Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it with some coconut oil.
Spoon the mix out into 4 piles.
Bake in the oven for 10mins.
Leave to cool.

Fat = 7g (Saturated fat = 5g)
Carbohydrates = 18.4g (Sugars = 9g)
I forgot about mine and they spent about 20mins in the oven, so yours will not be this dark!
