Instructions

INGREDIENTS:  (Serves 8)
1cup Oats
½ cup Oat Puffs (I used Rude Health)
⅓cup Peanut Butter (I used Meridan)
¼ cup Honey
2tbsp Cacao Powder (I used Choc Chick)
⅓cup Milk (I used Rude Health almond drink)
6 Walnut Halves
10 Almonds
15g Dark Chocolate (I used Ombar 90%)

 

RECIPE:
Pre heat the oven to 200˚c.
Crumble up the walnuts and crack the almonds by pressing down on them using the back of a spoon. Set the nuts to one side.
Slice up the chocolate into small chunks, and also set aside.
Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment and then tightly pack in the mix, bake for 15mins.
Allow to cool for a while and then slice into 8 slices.
