Friyay has never been more relevant! For fourth day running I woke excited, like a child/myself on Christmas morning at the prospect of another delicious cool bag of nutritional goodness waiting on my doorstep!

I have tried a variety of foods I wouldn’t usually pack into my week time tupps, and enjoyed every last bite! Not only this, I’m feeling fabulous after a week of serious nutritional giving back to my sometimes neglected body 💁🏼
Meal 1: FRESH HERB SCRAMBLED EGGS, LEAN GAMMON AND SPRING SUPER GREENS

275kcal/Pro: 26.6g/Carbs: 21.8g/Fat: 9.0g

This is fast becoming my favourite breakfast. It tastes just like your classic bacon, eggs and beans. But deliciously healthy and nutritious!  And packed with good fats it keeps me full to the brim through till lunch!

Meal 2: TURKEY STIR FRY, FRESH MIXED ASIAN VEGETABLES AND LIGHT ASIAN SAUCE

244kcal/Pro: 27.8g/Carbs: 28.0g/Fat: 10.3g

Stir Fry is always a winner! Always. And this one certainly did not challenge this opinion. Bean sprouts, and roast pepper gave an excellent crunch, paired with the nutty rice and tender chicken it was the lunch of kings!

Meal 3: COCONUT CRUSTED CHICKEN

Snack time never tasted better! Coconutty chicken, sweet pot chips and a mound of greeny goodness! Who said you had to stick to ricecakes? Snacks are suppose to cure the hunger, not tease it 🙊

Meal 4: BBQ CHICKEN WITH RAW NOODLES

267kcal/Pro: 26.7g/Carbs: 29.6g/Fat: 4.7g

A late evening at work meant a whole lotta hunger! And so meal 4 acted as the perfect brain food to fuel the extra hours. I absolutely love my job, so really it’s not too tough to work a little longer. But hey, it was a good excuse for grub!

Meal 5: BEEF MASSAMAN CURRY
375kcal/Pro: 27.4g/Carbs: 39.0g/Fat: 12.2g

And so for the perfect nightcap, and muscle fuel for my tired legs after a tough Daniel Rose session! I have to say I’ve never been a huge beef fan, but this week has changed that. And this may just be one of my favourite meals 😍
