-Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees.
-Pour ½ tbsp basil rapeseed oil onto a large baking tray.
-Slice the larger new potatoes in half, cut the red onion into eighths, slice the red pepper and cut each chicken breast into 3 strips.
-Scatter the new potatoes, the red onion, sliced red pepper, green beans, cherry tomatoes, and the chicken breasts onto the oiled baking tray.
-Drizzle over remaining 1/2tbsp of oil and season with black pepper.
-Roast for 25/35mins or until potatoes and chicken are cooked through.
-Crumble over feta to serve!
