Recipe: (Makes 10 bars)
200g oats
100g coconut oil (melted/soft)
50g raisins
50g cranberries
20g goji berries
50g flaked almonds
5 tbsp honey

 

Instructions:
Melt coconut oil
Mix oats, honey and coconut oil in a bowl
Stir in all other ingredients so it’s evenly distributed
Tightly pack into a baking tray, ours was 24cm by 18cm
Leave in fridge for at least an hour for coconut oil to solidify
Cut, wrap and enjoy either pre or during workout. Or any time at all really!
