Raw Veg Salad

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
1 Turkey Breast
½ tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 Celery Stick
1 Spring Onion
1tsp Rapeseed oil
Pre heat oven to 180˚c
Rub turkey breast with Cajun seasoning and roast in the oven for 20mins, or until cooked through.
Grate courgette and carrot. Finely slice celery, spring onion, chilli and beetroot. Toss all the vegetables in lemon juice and rapeseed oil.
Once the turkey is cooked, slice it up and add to the top of the vegetables.
Calories = 229kcal
Protein = 35g
Fat = 6g (Saturated fat = 1.6g)
Carbohydrates = 10.7g (Sugars = 10g)
