INGREDIENTS:  (Serves 2)
2 Chicken Breasts
1tsp Sesame oil
2tsp Sesame Seeds
100g Bulgur Wheat (dry weight)
50g Baby Spinach
100g Frozen Peas
Sea Salt
Black Pepper


Pre heat oven to 180°c
Place chicken breasts on a baking tray drizzle over sesame oil and sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake for 15-20mins, or until cooked through and golden.
Cook the bulgur wheat. Once cooked and all the water has gone, turn down the heat add the peas and spinach and keep stirring until warm through. Season to taste.
Serve sesame chicken on top of veg and bulgur wheat mix.
