'Snickers' Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 1)
1 Pip and Nut Jar
1tbsp Peanut Butter
1tsp Cacao Powder
70ml Milk (I used Rude Health Almond Drink)
Once you have 1 almost empty jar of peanut butter (about 1tbsp) DO NOT wash it out!
Add all ingredients to the jar and fill to the brim with milk.
Stir well, then put the lid on a give it a good shake!
Place in fridge overnight and eat cold the next morning. You can heat it up if you would like.
Calories =361 kcal
Protein = 12.5g
Fat = 15g (Saturated fat = 2.4g)
Carbohydrates = 47.2g (Sugars = 8.3g)
