The Infamous 'Chickpea Cookie Dough'

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4)
1 can chickpeas (Rinsed and drained = 240g)
1 scoop/30g vanilla protein powder (Neat Nutrition)
40g Peanut Butter (Meridian Smooth)
35g chocolate chips (70%+)
Put all ingredients into a blender (apart from the chocolate chips) and mix until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill in the fridge for an hour or so.
Serve on its own or with OPPO ice cream!
