- 1 Pip and Nut Jar
- 1tbsp Peanut Butter
- 50g Oats
- 1tsp Cacao Powder
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 1tsp honey
- 70ml Milk (I used Rude Health Almond Drink)
Instructions
- Once you have 1 almost empty jar of peanut butter (about 1tbsp) DO NOT wash it out!
- Add all ingredients to the jar and fill to the brim with milk.
- Stir well, then put the lid on a give it a good shake!
- Place in fridge overnight and eat cold the next morning. You can heat it up if you would like.
